1. Eligibility

To use Pinoy365, you must meet the following criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (as per PAGCOR regulations in the Philippines).
• You must provide accurate and verifiable personal information during registration.
• Underage gambling is a strictly prohibited offense.

2. Account Registration & Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You agree to:

• Create only one (1) account per person. Duplicate accounts will be suspended.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure that your GCash, Maya, or Bank account name matches your registered Pinoy365 name.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Pinoy365 aims to provide fast and secure transactions. However, the following rules apply:

• Deposits must be made from accounts owned by the user.
• Withdrawals via GCash or Maya are subject to internal verification.
• Any suspected fraudulent transactions or “money laundering” activities will result in immediate account freezing and reporting to relevant authorities.

4. Use of Bonuses and Promotions

All promotions, free spins, and bonuses are subject to specific “Turnover” or “Wagering” requirements. Pinoy365 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if any form of promotion abuse or “syndicate play” is detected.

5. Responsible Gaming

Gambling should be a form of entertainment. Pinoy365 provides tools to help users manage their play. We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred while using the platform. Always play within your limits.

6. Fair Play and Software Usage

7. Limitation of Liability

Pinoy365 shall not be held liable for any technical issues, internet disruptions, or system errors that occur during gameplay. We reserve the right to void any wagers affected by obvious system malfunctions.

Pinoy365 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
